Questions clients ask before hiring us
Who will actually work on my project?
Senior engineers and designers from our in-house team, from the first call to launch. We don’t subcontract, and there’s no account manager between you and the people building your product.
How long does a project take?
Our process runs through Discover (3–5 days), Design (1–2 weeks), and Build (2–6 weeks), followed by an ongoing Launch & Grow phase. Exact timing depends on scope, and we agree it with you before any build starts.
Do we own the code and the domain?
Yes. You get full ownership of your domain and source code, with no proprietary platform lock-in. The code is documented and type-safe, so any engineer — ours or yours — can pick it up.
What happens after launch?
We keep monitoring uptime and performance and continue iterating with you. Many engagements carry on past launch as ongoing maintenance and development.
Do you take on smaller projects?
Yes. Low overhead lets us price competitively and stay open to smaller projects, alongside long-term partnerships with larger organizations.
Are you a digital transformation agency?
For many clients, that’s the work: replacing manual processes and spreadsheets with web applications, client portals, and dashboards, and modernizing enterprise platforms. Unlike a consultancy, we design and build the software ourselves, and stay on to support it after launch.
